Heeeeello everyone! I just needed a break from writing and reading season final fics so I wrote something that just popped up when I watched … erm I believe it was Anatomy of murder or some episode close to that one^^
Anyway… here's a oneshot on Ryan teasing Esposito about … a certain someone ;)

EVIDENCE
„Lanie and I went over it" Esposito said, receiving a questioning glace from Beckett.
He didn't notice how Ryan was raising an eyebrow at him.
The moment Castle and Beckett had left the precinct and Esposito sat down Ryan rolled his chair over to Esposito's desk.
"So…. You've been going over evidence with Lanie?"
Esposito didn't fail to notice the smug smirk Ryan was wearing.
"Yeah… so?"
Uuuuh… shit.
"You tell me, bro…" It sounded like a challenge.
Ryan knew that look on his partner's face. Oh boy, someone was feeling uncomfortable.
"There's… nothing to tell" Esposito answered, shifting in his chair.
"Yeah, sure… and Beckett and Castle are going to get married tomorrow"
Esposito rolled his eyes at his partner.
"Seriously dude, there's nothing to tell"
Ryan saw the nervous flicker in his partner's eyes, he knew he almost got him.
"Yeah… you keep yourself telling that…"
Esposito let out an annoyed huff.
"… but I think, you've been going over evidence with her an awful lot these days."
Before Esposito could reply his cell phone rang. He had never been more relieved to be receiving a call.
Ryan could have sworn the way Esposito leaned back in his chair was an indicator for how damn relieved he was he didn't have to reply to that last statement.
Oh yes… for now he might've gotten of the hook but sooner or later Ryan was going to get him there. But till the time was there, he was going to enjoy teasing his partner immensely.
