Lydia stared down at her hands, twiddling her thumbs. Stiles was sitting next to her on her bed. Ever since that kiss, she couldn't get him out of her head. The kiss was perfect. It sent electrifying shocks throughout her entire body. When they first met, she didn't think much of him, he was just… Stiles. A goofy kid that had a crush on her since third grade. She never thought she would reciprocate those feelings. But here she was, having feelings for him.

"So why did you want me to come?" Stiles spoke, giving her that questioning look that he always did.

"Umm.." She began. She didn't know what to say. Her thoughts were racing.

She knew that she had sort of a crush on him since they've been spending so much time together but she didn't know it was this big. He cared for her. He thought she was beautiful. Why hadn't she realized this before? He was such a nice guy.

"Okay." Lydia started again. She placed her hand on Stiles' hand. "That kiss. It made me think."

Stiles was staring into her beautiful eyes. He had a hopeful expression on his face.

"I.. I've had a crush on you for a little while. And I just realized how much."

Stiles was still glancing at her, waiting for her to say more.

Lydia closed her eyes. What she was about to say would change everything. She opened them back up. "I love you, Stiles."

Stiles parted his lips, about to speak. His mind didn't quite interpret what was just said yet. She loves me?

"Lydia, you have no idea how long I've been waiting for you to say that. I love you too." He finally replied. "So much."

Lydia smiled and leaned towards him. She kissed him. It seemed like the whole world had stopped for a few seconds. It was crazy how right this felt. She pulled away.

She was still smiling. "I know you do."
