There is something about his eyes
that makes me feel safe and warm
Those glowing eyes, so unnatural but yet so hauntingly beautiful
His spiky black hair, three times darker than the shade of night
He speaks with such confidence, such optimism
That even the darkest of pessimistic would believe him
I don't know where he came from, or who he is
But I have a feeling that I soon will
You feel out of the sky, onto my garden of flowers
A smile never leaving your face and those eyes never stop sparkling with something unknown
Out of all the things about you, it is your eyes that attract me the most
I don't know how or why I literally fell into her life
Or why that laugh cut through my barrier like a knife
Either way I'm glad we are here together, now and if only for now
Or however long the god of time will allow

This, my dearies is for my favorite FFVII pairing, AerithxZack. Now before I get pots thrown at me by upset AerithxCloud shippers, let me explain my point of view. In my demented, twisted world, I know for a fact that Aerith and Zack were meant to be just as Cloud was meant to be with Tifa or as Cait Sith was meant to be with his stuffed mog. Cloud had practically taken on Zack's identify rather he knew it or not, and I think thats what drew Aerith to him. That had I happen to think Aerith has a thing for mako enhanced eyes, but that alas is a personal theory.
The first poem is dedicated to my sister, Gwen and the second is dedicated to luneress whom added both of my previous stories to her favorites. That made me so happy, I indulged myself in several crumpets with my morning brew!
