A/N: Just something really unfortunately bad, please read and review! I'm not sure if to turn this into a series of prompts, or something.
Disclaimer: I don't own BBC Sherlock or anything involved or the third season would've been out in 2011 at the latest.
"Sherlock, get back here!" John huffed crossly. "You're acting like a two year old!"
"Please bugger off and go mind your own business," Sherlock spat from the corner of the room. His knees were drawn to his chest and he was pressed up against the wall.
John sighed. "Sherlock, they're just eye drops. Relax, will you?"
Sherlock withdrew farther into the crook. "You idiot. You must have read that paper. The one that detailed how eye drops are a threat to public safety and contain ingredients that-"
"You're lying, Mycroft said you'd do that." John grimaced and lifted the small bottle in his palm. "I'm putting the drops on the nightstand, so you can come out, all right?"
Sherlock ventured cautiously from his corner. "I can show you the paper," he said mulishly.
"Sherlock, you made that up. Listen, they're just eye drops! What the hell are you so afraid of?"
Sherlock shot a deadpan look at John and relented. "I used them in an experiment once when I was two. Couldn't see for a month."
John's features softened then he said, "two?"
"Yes, two, I was an intelligent toddler," Sherlock said irately.
"Sherlock, I swear these drops won't hurt you." Sherlock glared and refused to reply.
John walked over to Sherlock, reaching his hand out to stroke Sherlock's face. "A kiss per drop?" He offered, a crooked smile spreading across his face.
"The kisses first."
"Deal." John leaned forward and pressed his lips to Sherlock's lightly.
"That was a pathetic kiss," Sherlock complained, though John could tell he was happy.
"Drop," John retorted.
Sherlock sighed and strode over to the nightstand, then quickly put a drop in, blinking lightly.
John looked at him, perplexed. "That didn't-"
"A drop per kiss, you said so," Sherlock swiftly let out and walked back to John, leaning down and kissing John,. Then he whirled around to the drops again, finishing within seconds.
"I need two drops an eye," he explained, and drew John towards him for another kiss.
John lightly put his hands on Sherlock's shoulders and stretched up to meet Sherlock's lips. "A bit unfortunate to have such a short boyfriend," Sherlock snickered, and quickly put the final drop in. Then he put his hand behind John's neck and kissed him, hard. John sighed happily and kissed him back.
"Hold on a moment," John said slowly and pushed Sherlock away the slightest bit. "You weren't actually afraid of the drops, were you?"
"We haven't kissed for three hours already," Sherlock said poutingly. "I had to do something, and I'd assumed this would be your bribery."
"The experiment?" John said resignedly.
"Well, I did experiment with eye drops when I was two, but the experiment went off flawlessly. Also, it's quite irrational to be afraid of something due to one bad experience, is it not?" Sherlock sounded lofty as always. "Could we get back to the kissing now, please?" His voice regained the whiny tone. John chuckled slightly and complied.
