How I Met Jack & Rose
(A/N: Barney and Robin aren't engaged)
"Hey, you guys remember that tiny phone booth the my girlfriend Stacey (A/N: I can't remember which girlfriend gave this to Ted, so I made an OC)
Got? Well, there's a button that's looks funny. Should I press it?"
"Go for it man. Yolo." Marshall replied, sitting down next to Ted.
"Do you even know what yolo stands for?" Barney asked, looking up from his iPhone.
"Uhhh...yeah. You only lick once."
"Um, I think it stands for you only live once." Lily said.
"Whatever. Push the button." Marshall said, gesturing for Ted to push the button.
"Alright," Ted said, as he pushed the button.
Suddenly a large bright white flash appeared and the gang was standing on a boat deck.
"Where are we?" Robin asked.
"I don't know...wait, you see those funnels?" Barney said, pointing up to the sky.
"Yeah." Marshall replied.
"Guys...we're on the Titanic."
"What do you mean "We're on the Titanic?" That ship sank over 100 years ago!" Robin asked, slightly frightened.
"We must've time time traveled." Marshall said, acting like it was a normal thing to say.
"Omigosh,Omigosh" Lily panted, as she put her handover her mouth.
The gang looked at what she was looking at.
"IT'S LEONARDO DiCAPRIO!" Lily screamed, before Ted couch hush her.
"Lily! Shut up! Since we're on the Titanic, I've got a good feeling that the characters from the movie are real too. From now on, if we ever run into Kate or Leo, we call them Jack & Rose. Got it." Ted said, looking at each persons face.
"That's impossible. Jack & Rose aren't real." Robin said, crossing her arms.
"Well nether is time traveling!" Ted said, practically yelling in Robin's face.
"Guys, what if all of this is a joke, that someone set up. What if we're being punked?" Barney remarked.
"Well, this all looks pretty damn real to me. Hey, Kate-err Rose is gonna jump of the boat!" Lily pointed to a running woman with flaming red curls.
"Hey, you guys think that we can make Jack live?" Marshall asked hopefully.
"Spoiler Alert" Barney replied, looking slightly disappointed.
"I think the first thing we need to do is to come accustomed to life back in 1912, until we can get back to 2013, from now on, no cellphones, no Internet slang, no use of the word "Legendary..." Ted said, going on and on.
Barney let out a small gasp.
"Also, we have to figure out how we're gonna survive the collision with the iceberg. Are we going to try and save it from sinking, or are we going to camp out in the lifeboats for the next 3 days?" Ted asked.
"Screw that. I'm gonna try to nail Kate Winslet." Barney said, smirking.
"You mean Rose DeWitt Bukater?" Lily corrected.
"Yeah, sure."
So Barney tried to nail Kate Winslet, I mean Rose, but failed after several attempts, and settled on a stewardess. Ted kept asking the Thomas Andrews random questions on architecture, Lily and Marshall became the richest people on the ship due to inflation, and Robin watched Jack as he slept.
