1. Cuddles
He would probably never be able to admit how much he loved to cuddle with her, but he knew that she knew and that was enough.
2. Hotel room
After a meeting that lasted the entire day, he wanted Emma all to himself and got them a hotel room in a hotel none of the other nations were staying.
3. Stargazing
In his opinion the most beautiful stars were the sparkles in her eyes and he needed to make her stop watching those feminine movies if he was having thoughts like these.
4. Missing a movie date
Emma knows she is a nice person, she really is, but she would make him suffer for not showing up.
5. Getting attention
Sometimes Arthur ignored her in favour of paying attention to things she didn't see, but his attention always comes back to her.
6. Getting a dog
It's when she sees an advertisement in the newspaper Arthur is reading one morning that they decide to get a dog.
7. A mouse loose in the house
When she found him setting up a trap for the mouse he had seen in the kitchen, she chased him out of the kitchen with the trap still in his hand.
8. Baking turned food fight
Their baking session almost turned into a food fight until she joked that it wouldn't be a fair fight if he used his weapons of mass destruction.
9. Breaking an ankle
His fights with Francis rarely ended this badly for him nowadays, but it was worth the look on the frogs face when she scolded Francis in his own language.
10. Playing tag in the woods
He would die of embarrassment if someone saw him behaving like this, but he secretly enjoyed chasing after her.
11. Getting on the wrong train
Alfred had managed to keep him up all night with his phone call, causing him to get on the wrong train out of exhaustion and now he was lost somewhere in her country.
12. Spilling a drink
It was a good thing that the tea wasn't boiling hot anymore when she spilled it on his lap, but the waste of perfectly good tea still made him cringe.
13. Chocolate
She claimed her chocolate was the best and he wasn't about to disagree with her.
14. Too broke to go out for dinner
Arthur remembers fondly that during the times they had been to broke to go out on special occasions, Emma would make them dinner and they would eat it by candle light.
15. Car crash
He wasn't going anywhere, not even with her brothers here for her, until he was sure she was going to be fine and only then he was he going to hunt down whoever hurt her.
