It was a cloudy day in the Mushroom Kingdom, and Toad was doing dumb things that people couldn't care less about... like collecting mushrooms. Anyway, most people didn't like mushrooms, but that's beside the point, even though Toad was a generic nobody, he still felt the need to make his presence known.
That's why he spotted a bony reptile and a tie wearing gorilla moving several tires by him. So what did the mushroom boy do? Go snooping as usual.
"Hey!" Toad cried out in his annoying shrill voice. "What are you doing?"
Dry Bowser and Donkey Kong glanced at each other as they looked back at Toad, just shrugging as they went back to moving tires. Toad wasn't willing to just sit by, so he chased after the two heavyweights.
"Bowser Bones, he's after us!" Donkey Kong exclaimed as he glanced back to see Toad catching up to them due to his speed.
"Not for long..." Dry Bowser mumbled as he pulled out a bone and chucked it at Toad, which caused the mushroom boy to fall on his back.
"Oww! That smarts!" Toad remarkked as he got back up and resumed going after the two heavy characters, catching up due to his speed. 'I'm not going down like that!"
This proved to be quite bothersome for DK and Dry Bowser, as all they wanted to do was just mess around with tires. They decided that they would have to tire Toad out, literally.
