Can My Heart Go On?
Every night in my dreams I see you I fell you.
That is how I know you go on.
Far across the distance and spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.
I stared out my window in pain.
The battle was over and Eagle was gone. He
saved my life and
know I'll never see him again.
Near Far whereveer you are.
I belileve that the heart does go on.
Once more you open the door
And your here in my heart and
My heart will go on and on.
The sun had set and everyone was asleep.
I crept out of my room.
I tiptoed out of the castle.
As I walked I saw pieces of the FTO.
There was nothing left of Eagle.
All that was there were scraps of metal.
Love will touch us one time and last for a lifetime.
And never let go till we're gone.
Love was when I loved you one true time I hold you.
In my life we'll always go on.
I fell to my knees wishing he survived.
But then I noticed something out of the corner of me eye.
There in a ppile was a piece of cloth from Eagle's robes.
I picked it up and began to cry.
Then I looked up at the sky and saw
shooting stars.
Near Far wherever you are.
I belive that the Heart does go on.
Once more you open the door
And your here in my heart
And My heart will go on and on.
I wiped my tears and then smiled.
I walked down the path to the ocean.
The waves crashed against the rocks of the cliff I stood on.
"We'll be together some day Eagle" I whispered.
Then I slowly pulled out a rose and wrapped it in the cloth.
I smiled and threw it into the ocean.
"I love you Eagle" I wispered.
You're here. There's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on.
We'll stay forver this way.
You are safe in my heart
And my Heart will go on and on.
I walked back into my room and laid down in my bed.
Then I noticed on my night table was the necklace
Lantis had given me. I new he loved me but there
would always be a place in my heart for my true love.
Eagle.
My heart will go on....
