A/N: Hi all, I'm not exactly an author. I definitely lean towards the reader side of the spectrum. So please forgive me for bad grammar. I was totally inspired from reading "Escape Artist" by Fiorea. I hope you all enjoy this little piece from me and check out my community, "Kanberry's List" for awesome fic recs!
Sakumo glanced at his son's frown. It has been going on for weeks now. That Gai kid has been relentless in trying to get Kakashi to play with him. Without fail, he would come to stand in front of their house and shout to the high heavens about youth and spring every. single. day.
It was rather amusing. To see Kakashi being harassed like this. It'd do the child some good, going out and playing with kids his age. Something about mental development and such.
"Saa. Kashi-chan, your friend is here again. Why don't we take a break from training today and you can go spend some time with him?"
Kakashi gave a sigh of reluctance, "okay." Slowly he made his way down the hall and out the front doors, as if to prolong the time before he'd meed his doom.
Watching his kid sulk down the hallway. It is a rare sight and such a treat to see Kakashi act like a real child. Sakumo gave a small chuckle and wondered what kind of antics the children will get up to today. Maybe a nice game of tag or hide-and-seek? Maybe some cloud watching? Maybe- ("Hi Kakashi chan! Lets race run around the village on our hands only!").
Sakumo facepalmed -Maybe it's best not to think about hope Gai's influence on Kakashi only extends so far...
End.
A/N: Tada! My attempt at writing after...however many years...That is all.
