A/N: This is a spin off of my other story 'Too Late?' and I have created a character lightly based on my friend Hannah! This is just the prologue but I hope you all like it! :) Hope you enjoy it!
Prologue
Jacob POV
I held her hand as we lay on the beach enjoying the sunset. I watched her and was shocked again at how truly beautiful she was – yer I'd known she was pretty before but now... now that I had her, I couldn't bear the thought of losing her. I didn't know how lucky I'd been to get a second chance but... I was so incredibly thankful.
My life had changed so much in the last few months - what with Bella then Edward coming back for good after she'd gone after him and now of course. Now I was dating Hannah. Crazy thing was that she'd been in love with me for years – ever since she'd moved here and we became friends.
So, even if this year has been tough, it was also the best year of my life too. So far of course. With Hannah in my life I can tell everything will be perfect.
'What are you thinking about?' She asked suddenly rolling over onto her side.
'You, of course!' I smiled; I was totally obsessed with her. There was hardly a moment where I wasn't thinking of her or when something was reminding me of her.
She giggled in response and rolled on top of me.
'Good!' She whispered before kissing me quickly.
