"Oh..." Amy Rose groaned while holding her hands together, looking down and having her eyes lowered. "I need to go to the bathroom..."

The others ignored her as Amy sighed, with her being in the passenger's seat. The four anthropomorphic mammals were all in a black colored, GUN endorsed jeep that Shadow loaned them, the group being lost in the middle of the elusive Desert Dazzle Zone, having taken the path to it through an exit on Route 99 that promised a gas station. But then group had been out there for an hour and a half, with Silver The Hedgehog, who was feeling quite exhausted, doing the driving as Rouge and Blaze were both in the back, with Rouge The Bat's stomach growling loudly as she sighed, having both of her hands on her stomach. Amy groaned as she felt her stomach grumbling as well, although it was not out of hunger, with Blaze The Cat glancing around as she was feeling scared, not comfortable of being in the desert for such a long time.

"I need to use the potty!" Amy whimpered as she squirmed, crossing her legs together.

"Oh shut up!" Rouge growled as she kicked Amy's seat up, glancing back at her stomach as she sighed. "Oh, what I would do for a sandwich... or at least a bright, shiny diamond..."

"Girls, please! Let's not fight!" Blaze exclaimed as she had her hands on her face, shaking her head. "Rouge, try to not think about food. And Amy, please hold it in!"

Amy sniffled as tears began forming in her eyes. "I... I don't know if I could hold it in any longer..."

"You should have..." Silver trailed on with a loud yawn, using his psychic to steer as he stretched his arms. "...gone before we left, Amy."

"While she's busy bringing up toilet humor, how about we get something to eat?" Rouge prompted as she crossed her arms, frowning. "I'm so famished, I could faint..."

Blaze gulped as she began sweating nervously, placing her right hand on her head. "It's gonna be okay... we're gonna get through this... ha ha ha..." Her forced enthusiasm wasn't working as she frowned, praying that nothing bad would happen.

And then something bad happened. They all got stuck in a giant pool of quicksand, with everyone jumping out of the jeep as Silver barely made it out, with Rouge grabbing him and preventing him from dropping into the quicksand. Watching the jeep slowly sink, the three girls turned to Silver, who groaned as he tossed his hands in the air.

"Oh... I have to do everything..." Silver groaned with another yawn as he tried to stay as conscious as possible, using his psychic to slowly bring out the jeep, with Amy doing the pee dance as Rouge rubbed her rumbling stomach, with Blaze trembling out of fright.

It was going to be a long road trip. A very long road trip.

Road Trip To Nowhere

By Yoshizilla-Rhedosaurus

"A road trip, huh?" Dry Bowser said to Silver as the two were relaxing on the bench outside the Pizza Hut, with both of them chatting while nearby them was Toadette farting from eating too many pizzas. "Don't you feel that you've done enough of them?"

"Well you could apply that to all stories." Silver responded as he brushed his quills back. "It's how you use the perspective to tell a new tale with the same words."

"He's not wrong." Vector the Crocodile added as he was cleaning up the windows from the outside.

Dry Bowser placed his left bony hand on his chin. "Perhaps you raise a good point."

"And I need a new joint because I'm stinky! Peeyew!" Toadette giggled as she was fanning the air while stinking up her normal pink dress. "Any chance we could go to the store?"

Silver shrugged as he smirked. "Sure, it's not like we have anything else to do." And then Silver used his psychic power to pick up the smelly mushroom girl, with the duo leaving the restaurant behind as Dry Bowser and Vector glanced at each other.

"Want to help me clean the place from the inside?" Vector asked as he posed.

Dry Bowser thought for a moment and shrugged. "I got nothing better to do."

"Silver, are you paying attention to the road?" Amy chimed as she was trying to get the male hedgehog to wake up.

"Huh... oh yeah, I guess I was just dozing off." Silver apologized as he rubbed his right eye, squinting as he looked around. "We haven't been out here for that long, have we?"

"Well it depends on how long you want it to be." Rouge said as she was casually flapping her bat wings.

Blaze had one of her hands on fire as a means to calm herself down. "Surely there can't be more than 1 bout of trouble on this trip, right?"

"You say that, but we'll get to where we're going... which I forgot about." Silver admitted as he yawned, trying his best to stay awake. "So long as we enjoy the journey we're taking, we'll get to our destination. We just have to stay focused and not lose our way, because ultimately that is the path to... uh..." He then closed his eyes, only to wake up from the other three mammals calling out to him.

"Look I'm all for wanting to keep us in a good mood and to entertain the viewers by breaking the 4th wall and try to hold their attention by increasing the word count, but can you please not doze off?" Amy chimed as she went back to trying to hold in the urge to use the bathroom.

Rouge nodded in agreement as she tried to not think about eating. "Yes, otherwise what's the point of even being on this trip?"

"Let's just focus on the road!" Blaze snapped as she really didn't want to get a spook.
