"I don't even know why I've continued with this meaningless relationship for this long." Jace spat after throwing Clary into a wall.

"You are useless! You can't do anything!"

"Hey! Where do you think you're going?" Jace yelled as Clary walked out of the door without looking back.

5 years later...

Clary was walking out of her dance studio with her best friend, Simon. Simon was one of the members of the most famous bands in New York while Clary, the occansional singer for Simon's band, was known internationally for being one the the world's best dancers.
While they sat down to eat at Taki's, a handsome new waiter came over to their table. Clary looked up surprised to see it was Jace, who was looking down at her longingly.
That's what you get for being so mean.

"I can't take it anymore, Jace! " Clary yells at Jace.

"What do you mean Clarissa?" Jace says, trying to contain his rage.

"You! You're always trying to make me this girl that I'm not. I am not a doll, and this is not a dollhouse. You can't keep trying to control me."

"How can you even say that? I love you the way you are!" Jace tries to defend himself.

"No, you love what you made me. You love the idea of having someone to control. But you're going to have to find a new doll because this one wants a refund.

Jace knows that Clary likes him but that she's not ready to fall in love again. He understands that and is going to work his way to her heart. He is content with being her best friend as they proceed in slow motion.

Wedding Dress-Taeyang

Simon watches from the piano in the church as Clary walks down the aisle. He looks at the beautiful smile on her face and his heart clenches. Then it breaks when he realizes the smile was directs at the man at the front of the . Simon hates Jace for so many reasons: his golden hair, strong fighting abilites, but none more than the fact that he stole the love of Simon's life. Simon badly ishes that Clary would leave that douchebag at the alter but, all hope is gone as Clary and Jace finish their wedding vows.
