So, I came up with this after watching a Emma/ Graham youtube vid by xTeenageWastelandx. If you haven't watched it's good! It's Emma&Graham The Mess I Made.

Disclaimer: I don't own Once Upon a Time or the video by xTeenageWastelandx.

Emma walked into the police station and sat down. The curse had been broken and now everything was how it was supposed to be. The town had their true identities back. Her parents were reunited. The town was against Regina. Everything should be fine.

However, as she mentally went over everything good that had happened, something still felt wrong. Everyone was happy. Except Regina, but when was she ever happy? She had her son and her parents and was slowly starting to find joy. She was! The woman sighed wishing she could actually convince herself everything was better.

Sighing in frustration, she put her head on her desk finally realizing what was wrong. She was jealous. Unlike her, everyone had a love of some sort. Her mother had her father, Cinderella had her husband, Granny had her crossbow, but somehow Emma had nothing. Sure, she had her son and her parents. She knew they loved her. She was content with that. But for once, she just wanted someone to love her how her parents loved each other.

Of course, in her life, nothing is ever that easy. Henry's father left her. Then she was a bounty hunter with no time to love anyone. But one day her son found her and her life changed. In a way her heart melted, she had someone to care for and love. Her life had meaning.

Suddenly, the slightly carefree feeling changed when Graham came and decided to drive her insane. At first he annoyed her, but then she found that his constant attempts to talk to her, or the time he threw a dart in the door near her head at Granny's, or when he arrested her were not as aggravating. In a deranged way she found it sweet.

Then, out of the blue, he kissed her. Sherriff Graham, now known as the huntsman who saved her mother, kissed her. At first she was shocked. They worked together and he was Regina's pawn. In so many ways, what he had done was completely wrong. But, as the days went on, he proved his love for her. He had stood up to Regina and chosen her. That night when he left Regina's clutches, she had willingly kissed him.

At the memory of their kiss Emma sardonically laughed. The outcome in no way was funny. He died as she kissed him. Granted, Regina crushed his heart, but that still did not take away the fact that every man she was around for some reason or another left.

Sick of the self- pity, the woman who restored Storybrooke's storybook characters stood up and walked out of the room determined to set the purple cloud that settled over their town right.
