(By the way, I know that Garcia doesn't fly with the team most of the time but in order to make this story work I had to do it. Sorry)
It was a bright and sunny morning at the office. Hotch told everyone to be on the jet in thirty minutes. As Morgan was finishing some paperwork, some of the files fell to the floor. Morgan bent down to pick them up.

Morgan stopped moving and got up to look at his pants. They had a large rip in the middle from the waistline all the way to the bottom. So everyone can get a good look at his underwear. Morgan panicked for about five minutes then ran to Garcia's office. "Garcia, I need your help!" Garcia looked up from her computer and saw his fashion problem. "Don't worry Chocolate thunder, mama will sew those back up in a jiffy. The only problem is that it will take a while to fix it and we have about… fifteen minutes and we need ten to get to the plane." Morgan ran his fingers over his head in frustration. "So what do we do?" Garcia frowned, "Only one thing we can do."
On the plane everyone couldn't stop snickering as Morgan sat with a large blanket covering his underwear and legs as Garcia was sewing his pants. Spencer started to speak, "Reid if you say I word I will smack you." Spencer shut his mouth and sank into his chair but continued to giggle. The rest of the trip was quiet and Garcia finally finished fixing Morgan's pants.
When the plane finally landed Rossi was gathering case files while the rest got off the plane. "Come on Rossi we got to go." "Alright, keep your pants on." Everyone burst into laughter and Morgan knocked out Rossi, which only made the rest of the team laugh more.
