Lacy: Yay! This is my first little story/letter thing on FF.net!
Jane: Whatever. Are you gonna do the disclaimer, or what?
Lacy: Oh yeah! I do not own Digimon (but if I did, that'd be pretty sweet!) Okay, now, on with the story!!

Dear Joe,
This is Mimi Takichawa, you know, one of the DigiDestined. Yeah, me. I am writing you this letter to tell you things that I could never say. I guess I'm kinda afraid of what you would say.
Anyway, 3 long years have passed, and I have not written or spoken to anyone. I thought of writing to you first.
As I sit here, wallowing on boredom, I know that you are fulfilling your ambition to become a doctor. I also know that Tai has been accepted into a soccer league, Izzy works with smart computers, but I don't really know what everyone else is doing. Although I should let you know that I am training to become an actress.
But enough about me. Well, sorta. You see, as I said before, I am writing this letter because, contained from now on, are things that I'll never speak of.
I know that I really never liked working with you. At least, that's what you thought. The truth is … the truth is, is that, well, I have feelings for you. I never realized it at first, but I like you. A lot.
Please don't stop reading this. I would like you to know how I feel right now. How it's so hard to keep all of this inside for more than 4 years. Maybe no one else has been thinking these things, but that doesn't stop me.
I am not writing this letter because I feel guilty for not telling you (even though I do feel guilty), but I'm writing it because I wanted you to know before you forget me and everyone else.
It seems impossible for me to forget, because everyone actually wanted to befriend me. All of you are my best and only friends. If I didn't write this letter today, I probably would never of written it.
As I close this letter, I would like you to know one thing. If I wouldn't have met you, I don't think I would have had such a fun time with my friends.
Sincerely,
Mimi Takichawa
Mimi
