A little something that I decided to write after watching a little video on Youtube. It's going to be multi-chapter, so continuation will be based on the reviews I get for this story. Hope you enjoy it.

CAN I TOUCH IT?

Chapter 1: Family Life

Hinata leaned against the door frame separating their homely kitchen from the living room in the main Uchiha mansion. And yes, you heard right. Uchiha mansion. Our young Hyuga Hinata had married Konoha's heartthrob and once traitor, Uchiha Sasuke and now they are living as a family, the Uchiha family, in the main mansion where Sasuke's family once lived. Seeping hot chocolate from the mug in her hands, Hinata watched with mirth as her husband, Sasuke, dealt with their three year old son, Uchiha Itachi, named aptly after Sasuke's deceased infamous brother.

Sasuke had just returned from a fishing trip with their family's best friend, Uzumaki Naruto and current Hokage, Hatake Kakashi (who had the day off to spend time with his ex-students) and was now unloading the catch of their outing today. The couple's first child, who many dubbed the boy as Konoha's young prince due to his striking good Hyuga Uchiha looks and manners (thanks to his mother constant drilling), Itachi, was carefully observing his father's every move. Dressed in the same Uchiha children's clothes, as his father once wore, Itachi's eyes gleamed with undisguised intrigue and excitement as to what was in the box that his father was carefully opening.

Standing just over the box that was set on the tiled kitchen floor, young Itachi hovered above it as Sasuke opened the brown box which had a polystyrene box in it. Finally seeing the content of the box, young Itachi widened his eyes in amazement and craned his neck further to see the object closely. A soft, "Ooh…" left the child's mouth as he scrutinized the thing in the white box.

Sasuke sat back slightly and let his son ogle the catch. Noticing his wife leaning at the door frame, he turned his head and winked at his beautiful wife. Hinata caught his wink and mouthed a "Hey" to her drop dead gorgeous husband. Standing up, Sasuke left his son to wonder over the content of the box as he went towards his wife and caught her in an embrace, dropping a kiss on her forehead.

"Hey, beautiful," Sasuke said to his blushing wife.

Craning her neck back to look up at her husband, Hinata replied, "Hey yourself, handsome."

Sasuke smiled at Hinata and swooped down to land a kiss on his wife's soft lips, but halted as his son's voice floated by. Sasuke closed his eyes, and cleared his throat as Hinata giggled at their interrupted moment and her husband's apparent annoyance.

"Well, mister. Your son is calling to you," Hinata said as she gently pushed her husband towards their son. Her eyes dance with mirth and a soft giggle lingered on her lips.

Sasuke sighed and told her, "You're not getting away with this, sweetie," while trying to sound semi threatening before he headed towards the box where Itachi was waiting for him expectantly.

Hinata saw their son immediately grab Sasuke's dark khakis and bounced around his long legs and tugged at her husband's pants while pointing at the box. She also saw her husband laugh and ruffled their son's messy dark head and then kneeling before the box and proceeded with whatever he had been doing before.

And because of this one moment among many others, Hinata could not help but thank Kami for all that has been given to them after all these years of hardship and challenges. Life truly is a wonder once you get past all the turbulence is gives you.

Chapter 2: Whoa, daddy!

Itachi squeaked from a corner, hands in his mouth, "Whoa…wow…daddy.."His child eyes looked with excitement but slight apprehension at the thing his father held. "Can I touch it?"

Sasuke softly laughed and shook his head looking at his son, "Of course you can, Itachi."
