Rinoa curled into a ball hugging her knees to her chest. She was sitting in the field at the orphanage. She didn't like coming here. In was too eerie.
Suppressed by all my childish fears
She gripped Squall's ring hanging off her chain. She felt tears forming in her eyes but they wouldn't come. She had cried enough. She needed to be strong. Strong for the world. Strong for herself.

She let go of the ring and it dropped against her chest. Yeah he was here. He was everywhere. At least to her he was.

"I'm scared dammit!" she screamed suddenly! "But you were never scared in your life were you Squall! Nothing ever mattered to you! Not me, not Ellone not anything!" The tears had broken through and were pouring down her face.

Rinoa broke down completely in sobs and fell against the warm grass. "Did you ever care about me?" she screamed. "Did I ever really truly matter to you!"
Now bound I'm here by the life you left behind
The sobs suddenly became gasps, as she curled up into a tighter ball. "I'd loved you."
Your face it haunts my once pleasant dreams, your voice it chased away all the sanity in me.
She sniffed. She couldn't stay in that field any longer, waiting for him. She stood up and ran through the crumbled down orphanage down to the beach. Trying to cacth her breath and wiping away her tears she slowly undid her boots and stepped onto the rocks.
I've tried so hard to tell myself that your gone, but though your still with me I've been alone all along
The misty water sent chills up her as it splashed up but she ignored it. "I loved you Squall," she whispered. She undid her chain and let his ring slip off into her hand. I Loved You.

She walked over to the edge of the edge of the rocks. "I loved you." She took another step and screamed, as she slipped and she hit the jagged rocks. The pain shot up through for a second before her body slumped back and Squall's ring slipped out of her hand into the ocean.

Rinoa's eyes opened slowly. She waited until they focused and looked around. But he wasn't there.
