Teenager
Number one looked up at the digital clock on the wall. It read out 11:46 he had to leave in 13 minutes. It was his 13th birthday. He was a teen now and by the Kid Next Door rules state 'the operative may remain on his team till 11:59 on their 13th birthday' . As sad as it is to be leaving he knew that he was not leaving on his own. Number two had celebrated his 13th birthday three months ago, and Number Five turned thirteen last January.
He had met his replacement three hours ago. It was a short asian girl of about eight. She was a natural leader. Her name was Meggie. She got a long great with the team and knew how to control them.
Nigele walked into the main room once more, tossing his duffle bag over his shoulder. He walked over to the couch in the center of the room. He walked over to the new Number one and slipped off his sunglasses and placed them in her hands.
"well you got your hands full with this bunch Number one." he said with a smile, "if you ever need any assitance with them don't hesitate to call."
Number one smiled at him, "I won't promise." she said placing the glasses in her hair.
With that nigele walked over to the door and left the Tree house.
A.N: this would not leave me alone! I wondered what would happen when they reached their teen years so I wrote this. I never really read any of the Fan F ics. For KND but I decided to write this any way.
