"Hey, Denise!! Race ya to the wishing well!" Jack, the silver shoyru said to his best freind
Denise the white lupe. "Ok!!" Denise said skipping over to Jack. "Ready! Set! Go!" Jack said,
taking of in flight to the wishing well. "That is totally cheap Jack!!" Denise said, gaining more
speed by the second. "Well, at least you are one of the most fastest pets in Neopia." Jack
screaming because of the altitude he had gained. The two were shooting through land and sky
untill thunder hit the ground. "Was that the light faerie, or the air faerie??" Jack asked
curiosly, landing on the ground. "I'm not sure, it was not excatly the color of lighting it was
supposed to be...."Denise answered. "What does that supposed to mean??" Jack asked, preparing
his large metal shield, thunder tail and diamond heart break skills, while Denise readied her
firebolt advanced skill and large metal shield. A black ray apeared on the ground, a silhoutte
apeared flying down the black ray. "A dark faerie?" Jack asked. "No, the dark faerie did not
have that kind of attack..." Denise responded, getting ready to attack. "What do you mean?" Jack
said. Just then, another thunder bolt hit the ground, but this time Jack got a glimpse of it.
"Blood.. Red.." Jack said. "See what I mean, this ain't know ordinary faerie.So be carefull."
Denise said. "I got ya babe!" Jack said. "Ooops, should not have said that." Jack said quickly
after his first sentence. Denise just blushed. "Who are thee pesky little neopians??" The figure
said as it landed on the ground and the ray stoped. "Grrr!! Who you calling pesky, with 'cha
attacking us with all those bolts an' stuff!!" Jack screamed aiming his thunder tail at the
mysterious figure. Just before firing, the figure fired a blood red beam at Jack wich sent him
flying. A loud 'CRACK' was heared as a huge rock stoped his fall. "NO! Jack!" Denise screamed,
with a tear going down her tear as she ran to him. She picked him up and said "I will get
revenge, then she ran of into the light of Neopia, to the hospital...
"I'm sorry, Denise, he's dead. The rock surely broke his fall, but also broke his skull."
Elly the elephante said grimly. "No, he died to protect me. That is supposed to be me on that
stretcher!!!" Denise cried. "I'm really sorry about your loss, but maybe you should go to the
Neopian Police Department to report what you saw." Elly said, in a kind and caring voice.
"Hmm, good idea Elly, thanks!" Denise said, starting to smile. She ran past the tower of the
light faerie, past the neopian shops and skided to a halt at the police station. "Slow down
there girl, you almost ran into me." David the Gelert who was also a police man at Denise's age
of 12. "What are you ding a police man??" Denise asked, brushing the dust of her. "Oh, the force
let me in, since this place is mostly crime free except for the ghosts and the monsters." David
answered back. "Heh, your child hood dream finnally came true huh?" Denise smiled. "Yup, oh and
what brings you here milady?" David said nodding. "Oh, umm *sniff* well *sniff* me and Jack were
playing when this strange lightning bolt hit us and a strange figure appeared which looked like
a faerie, but we were not sure. It attacked us and Jack tried to protect me, but he got hit and
got his head hit on a rock. Then I carried him to the hospital and Elly told me that he was dead
*sniff*." Denise said with a sniff here and there.
