Hi! I'm so sorry I haven't been able to write lately. I've been busy with school, that's why. Thanks for being very patient! And yes, I will continue the fanfic with Jo's modern life and all those stuff. I know it's short, but enjoy!
"Jo," Laurie said while they were in the yard of the March household. "Let me ask you a question."
"What?" Jo said, her voice muffled because she was lying facedown on the grass.
"What's your weakness?"
Jo looked up. "What? Why would you want to know my weaknesses?"
Laurie shrugged. "I don't know. You seem to have none, and it's impossible for a human to have no weaknesses at all."
"Are you implying that I'm perfect?" Jo grinned mischievously.
In my eyes you are, Laurie thought, but he brushed it away.
"Maybe. What's your weakness?" Laurie looked at the brown-haired girl intently.
Jo grunted. Then she looked back up. "I guess you have to find it out yourself." She stuck out her tongue.
Curious sparked, Laurie walked to her, crouched down her level and started tickling her.
"OUF! HAHAHAA– NO! TEDDY! STOPPP– PFFFFTTTT… HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
His hands stopped tickling her and he said, "Ha! I knew it!"
Jo grumbled. "Ugh… Fine… You're so annoying, you know that, Teddy?"
Laurie shrugged and recommenced tickling his friend.
"GAAAH! HAHAHAHAHAHA! NO, STOP! HAHAHAA!"
She tried tickling Laurie but it had no effect. "Oh man, why aren't you ticklish?"
"Because I have no weaknesses." It was Laurie's turn to stick out his tongue. Then he proceeded to tickling the little lady.
The day ended with laughters echoing in the air.
