Once upon a time,

Rocks to the right, rocks to the left

There was a brave giant neutral, who was a shuttlemech.

His name was Skyfire and to scientific discovery, he dedicated his life.

Rocks to the right, rocks to the left

For his lab partner, in secret, he entertained fond feelings,

But for their friendship always conserve, he bottled those deep in.

Rocks to the right, rocks to the left.

One day, the good giant, to a distant world travelled,

One tragic day, a raging storm suddenly took him away

And, for his partner forever lost, remained in the ice trapped.

Rocks to the right, rocks to the left.

For millenia, frozen in stasis, he never knew the world changed,

But his old friend, against all odd, stumbled upon his icy coffin.

Reunited with him at last, the good giant his feelings confessed.

But the monster his friend had become only mocked him

Rocks to the right, rocks to the left.

Heart broken he went, the smart scientist a mere taxi became,

But couldn't, despite the chagrin, his beloved partner blame.

One day, his desperate heart swollen with love, he went ahead and back to him

To the sunken ship he swam and, with a pained voice, shouted; "come back to me, Starscream!"

Rocks to the right, rocks to the left.

The pretty seeker smirked and, allowing the shuttle in,

Delivered him to the cruelty of the Decepticon team.

By his thick neck, to the ceiling, Skyfire was hoisted and hung.

"If your spark to me you wish to give..." His beloved said,

" Then I will take" and with no care or remorse ripped the spark away.

As an example to all the fools

who fall in love and meet their doom

Skyfire hung there forever lifeless

his large bulk, still nowadays...
