His breathing was soft and warm against my neck, waking me slightly from my peaceful slumber. I cast a glance slightly to my right dreamily and catch a head full of blondish hair, he's here, with me, its all coming back to me and I smile in contempt.
The journey had been long and tiring but we were finally here, …home, funny I never thought Id get the chance to say that, never get to share my life, my home, my love with him ever again, we approach my, no, our home and smile.
I unlock the door and turn to face him on the threshold "may I help you with something?" I say with the most serious face I can muster. "No, sorry, must have the wrong house" he turns to leave and I grab him by the hand and spin him back to face me "Too late to turn back now" I breath "wouldn't dream of it" and them my mouth is on his and I'm pulling him through the door, stumbling slightly I lead him to the stairs and drag him to my, no, our room, his lips find mine as soon as I get the door open, falling in a mass of limbs and sheets on to the bed, not even caring as we tear each others clothes off.
I feel him shift slightly in his sleep and I wrap my arms tighter around him, kissing him chastely on his forehead, breathing in his scent deeply. His eyelids flutter open meeting mine. He smiles and I reach to stroke his face, he leans in to my hand and my heart flutters for the 1000th time today, or maybe its tomorrow, I lost track of time just watching him breathing deeply. "It's strange not seeing you rush off, it's a nice change" he says jokingly in that deep sleep encrusted voice I love so much "I'm not letting you out of my sight, so you better get used to it" he chuckles, rests his head in the nook in my neck and sighs in happiness. He falls asleep before me, like he always does, I fall asleep not much later, hand on his cheek, other arm around him I take a glance at the clock and snuggle back to him. Before I faze into sleep I think, 5 hours here and he's only seen one room. I smirk.
