Chapter One: Possession
At the stroke of midnight, the Holy Nightmare Transportation System set to work for reasons unknown...
Nobody was in the throne room that night, and everybody was sleeping, so nothing was heard, and nothing was seen. The Transporter gleamed with electricity, and a tiny red ghost-like demon beast appeared in its place. It had a scary, white Shy-Guy-like mask and cloak, and the latter flowed behind it as it went around looking for the person Nightmare had ordered for it to possess. It went through the door from the throne room to the hall, where Sword and Blade were patrolling.
"What...what is that?" the tall one, Sword, asked.
"It's probably a firefly," the short one, Blade, answered. "Nothing dangerous about that, is there?"
Sword watched it for a few, before he agreed with Blade, "Yeah... I guess you're right..."
Little did they know, they would be horribly wrong...
The demon beast, having gone "unnoticed", flew through another door. Those two weren't parts of the plan.
It passed over Fumu, Bun, their parents, King Dedede, and Escargon. Which meant there was only one person left in the whole castle, and it saw him, sleeping peacefully in his bedroom, complete with a pink blanket.
It inwardly smirked, for it had found its person...
Yeah, I know this chapter is very short, and the next one isn't very long either, but you'll enjoy it. I'm sure. XD
