If you've seen the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic series, you're probably familiar with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. But have you ever wondered if they had parents? Well, I'm about to answer those thoughts.
This is how it all began:
Once upon a time, in the kingdom of Equestria, lived wonderfully happy ponies, unicorns, and pegasus ponies all living together in perfect harmony.
It was a perfect morning.
A beautiful alicorn sat upon a soft cushion decorated in lace. Her gold, orange, and white mane flowed like water. It looked perfectly symmetrical against her white coat.
She took a deep breath and sighed happily.
Suddenly, the door opened and a blue unicorn walked. He bowed before her. "Sorry to interrupt, Your Highness," he said. "But your husband is here to see you."
"Send him in," she replied.
The unicorn stepped aside and an alicorn with an indigo mane ad tail and a dark blue coat walked in.
"Helios..." she murmmered.
"My sweet Solaria..." he walked closer to her and nuzzled against her.
"Not much longer now," she said, gazing lovingly at her rounded belly.
"Yes, the future ruler of Equestria," he said happily.
A few months later, a beautiful baby alicorn was born. Her cutie mark was a large sun. Her pink, blue, and white mane flowed against her white coat. Helios and Solaria chose to name her Celestia.
"Our future queen..." Solaria smiled at her new daughter.
