Okay, so I this is my first Parks and Rec fic but I figured I would try it out. :)
Now, I know this seems out of character for both Leslie and April. But I feel like April acts differently around Leslie. And I just love Leslie and April's reationship, and I would love to see a moment like this if/when this thing with April and Andy happens on the show. And I know some may not want this yet (and I'm not sure if I want this yet either) but...

"Leslie? Can I talk to you?" April asked poking her head into Leslie's office.
"Yeah, April! Come on in!" Leslie said in her normal peppy tone. April looked over and saw that Tom wasn't at his desk. Everyone had gone to lunch. She turned around and closed the door behind her, locking it, "Are you okay, April?" Leslie noticed she wasn't her normal self. She didn't pick her eyes up from the floor as she walked over and pulled over the chair from against the wall next to her desk. She was serious about something. And this was a side of April Leslie had rarely seen.
"I just wanted to tell you something..." April said sitting down.
"You're not acting like yourself." Leslie said. April looked down at her hands and wiped the sweat on her jeans.
"Leslie... Last night, I found out that I'm pregnant." April said.
Leslie didn't know how to react to this. This was incredible news, she just didn't know how April and Andy were dealing with it. Then she looked at April, she was staring at her stomach, but then she looked up and Leslie saw the small smile that April had on her face.
"Congratulations!" Leslie finally decided was the right thing to say. She stood up and hugged April.
"Thanks, Leslie..." April said, motioning for Leslie to sit again, and she did.
"You're happy, right?" Leslie asked.
"Yeah... Andy's really excited." she said, that small smile crossing her lips again, then her face fell again, "...I'm just scared..."
"Oh, April-" Leslie started, but April quickly stopped her.
"-But I wanted to thank you Leslie, because, because of you... I think I might have a better chance at doing this right." April said looking up and smiled when she saw the tears in Leslie's eyes, "... You've taught me... a lot. How to be responsible and, even though I don't ever show it, how to love and be caring. And how to be passionate and to do things if it's something I really want... And I just really don't want to mess this up. We're young, and this... wasn't planned, but I just don't want to mess this up."
"Oh, thank you April." Leslie said wiping her eyes. This time both she and April stood up, and Leslie pulled April in for a hug. They stayed like that for a minute before April pulled away and wiped at her own eyes, "And you're not going to mess this up. It might be rough, but you are in a stable, incredibly happy marriage, and you both have stable jobs and a home. And I know you will love this baby the same way you love Andy: like he or she is the only person in the world that you love. And you will take care of him or her and teach him or her everything you and Andy know. And you three will be fine." Leslie said crying, "And you know you will always have all of us to support you."
"I love Andy, and I love you too, Leslie." April said.
"I love you too, April."
