Just an idea I had while watching a video Gumball woke up from a deep and comfortable rest, Sitting up with a stretch he looked over to see his brother still snoring in his fish tank, Which was strange because he was usually up earlier then him. Thinking nothing of it gumball got up, Dressed himself in a brand new outfit because, He felt great. He searched his dresser, His closet, His bed, Where he found a 2 year old sandwich which he gladly ate, but found nothing new. Gumball headed to his parents room and found that they were not in the room, Again not thinking much of it, Continued into his fathers closet. He finally found something. A dark blue T-shirt and some black jeans, Slipping them on, he headed downstairs and began to pour himself a bowl of crunchy flakes. After finishing his breakfast, and still seeing no family anywhere, he began to feel uncomfortable, He felt as if there was a dark presence in his house. Feeling scared he ran up to his room, and began to tap on Darwins fish bowl. He would not wake. Gumball feeling very scared started tapping it harder and harder, Eventually balling his palm into a fist. A crack was heard, and he saw a crack in the fishbowl in which water began to leak out, This woke darwin. "Gumball what are yo- MY TANK" He blurted realising it was leaking. "Gumball what are you doing? Its 4am We don t have to go to school for 3 more hours!" He said firmly but calmly to his brother. Gumball felt like an idiot, His parents were on vacation, and he and darwin were in charge, And anais was at a friends house spending the night. "Darwin... im sorry." The blue cat said quietly stuffing his paws into his new jeans pockets. "Well im up, so im up, Wanna play some video games for a while? Before we have to go I mean" Darwin said almost switching attitudes instantaneuosly. This confused Gumball as he had never seen darwin as an emotionally bipolar person. ~Few hours later~ It was time for the boys to head off to school, They boarded the bus, to see anias was already aboard. "Hey gumball, Hey darwin - How was your guys night?" She asked cheerfully. "Why are you so happy?" The boys said in unison. "Answer my question and im so happy because me and ceecil made something so cool that were going to show in school today" she said slightly dissipointed "Well isnt that dandy, And the night was fine thank you very much" Gumball said strangley harsh. Anias glared at gumball then went back to looking out the window, Whilst gumball walked farther to the back of the bus and sat next to penny. "Hello gumball, I love your outfit" She said shyly but very happily at the same time. "Love you to pen- I mean fine " Gumball chuckled while smashing his hand against his face. Penny got a laugh out of this and she resumed a conversation about the cheerleading with carmen. -Why am I so stupid around her? Why cant I just be smart enough and brave enough that for once I could ask her out- He mentally screamed at himself whilst smashing his head against the seat in front of him. Penny looked strangley at gumball aswell as everyone else was, Gumball just becoming aware of this grinned and chuckled at everyone. After what seemed like an eternity of embarresment, They finally arived at school As gumball got off the bus he again he felt the strange but painful presence of something dark, Something evil.
