Kramer, the series: Pilot

Kramer finds himself on his own show. He scores a teaching gig in Harlem. I am currently working on the script, so in the meantime, here is a summary of it.

Kramer: "Pilot"

It is May of 1999. We find Cosmo Kramer being released from Massachusetts State Prison after serving one year. Turns out that his other three friends: Jerry, George and Elaine, were transferred to a facility in New York. Kramer walks to the center of town where he witnessed the robbery that landed him in jail previously. He gets a ticket on a Greyhound bus bound for the New York Port Authority. He makes his way to his old apartment, but finds that his apartment went to someone else, and his things were disposed of. Kramer goes to find Newman, only to find he was finally awarded with the transfer to Hawaii. He found himself wondering lonely in the Manhattan streets. He stumbles into Harlem, where he is mistaken for an absent substitute teacher at a High school. He plays along, playing along as "Mr. Pennypacker". He is introduced to his class, who just ignore him. He tries to be serious, but the hoodlums could care less. So he comes in the next day trying to be everyone's "homie". They quickly warm up to him. Meanwhile, Kramer strikes up a friendship with a fellow teacher named Laquesha.
