Just a simple one shot about Aquaven!

Raven and Aqua Lad were sitting on top of the Titans East Tower. It was dawn and they had been there since dusk. Raven had fallen asleep, leaning on Aqua Lad's lap. Not long later, Aqua Lad leaned his head on Raven's back and gone to sleep, too.
They were not dating, but they had been spending a whole lot of time together. Whenever they met, it was at night, on top of the tower. They had managed to stay there all night this time when they should be in their nice, warm, cozy beds. Then Aqua Lad awoke.
He was leaning straight backwards. His back felt sore and he started to sit up, but then he saw Raven, at a peaceful sleep in his lap and laid back down. It was not long before Raven rose, as did he. They stared at each other, blushing. Aqua Lad gave a goofy smile and Raven twiddled her fingers together.
"So… um… we should probably go back inside now," Raven mumbled. Aqua Lad cleared his throat and stood up.
"Yes, I guess you're right." He held out his hand and helped Raven up. They stood staring at each other for quite a long time. Then it seemed it had been less than a second before Aqua Lad grabbed the back of Raven's neck and kissed her. With the other hand, he pulled her waist in to him.
While the two were pressed against each other, enjoying every minute of it, Bumble Bee barged up onto the roof. "What do you two think you're doin'?" she asked putting a hand on her hip.
The couple released each other's grasps and stared with blank expressions at Bee. They stuttered to find an excuse. "No worries. I'll keep my mouth shut," she assured us. She winked at Raven and she blushed.
They walked into the Titans East common room and sat on the couch next to the other members. The original Teen Titans were visiting them for a short while. However, they would be leaving the next day. At this thought, Raven's slight smile faded. She didn't want to leave Aqua Lad alone with all of these people. They would still keep in touch though.
Some of the boys were playing video games while Starfire watched in aw. Mas and Menos were running around fighting over a yo-yo. Bee was somewhere in the tower working on nothing anybody bothered to know. Raven and Aqua Lad were sitting at the dinner table eating a nice meal together. They laughed and blushed over and over again until Robin and Beast Boy came over. "Hey, uh… do I see somethin' goin' on here?" Beast Boy asked with suspicion.
Both Raven and Aqua Lad glared at them. "Oh, well, I'll just be going then. Gosh, you don't have to be so rude." Robin stayed over and pulled up a chair next to Aqua Lad. Cyborg apparently had been listening to the whole conversation and grabbed Robin's ear, pulling him back onto the sofa.
Raven giggled and Starfire noticed this and took advantage of it. She glided over to them right when Raven was about to say something. "Raven, would you like to join me in the painting of fingernails and toenails when we are back in our home?"
Raven sighed and accepted. Starfire jumped up and down with glee and twirled back over to the couch.
Raven and Aqua Lad were alone again, but Aqua Lad grabbed all of the food and headed up to the roof. The sun had not risen very far since the last time they were up there. The fresh scent of nature and mountains and blossoms that were now growing in the warm spring air filled their noses.
They set up the breakfast as if it was a picnic and they joked around, laughing and sharing stories. Raven had never felt such joy in all her life. She took in the little time she spent with Aqua Lad. They spent the entire day upon the roof where they were undisturbed and joyful. When the time came for the Teen Titans to leave, he gave her one last kiss on the mouth and waved a warm good bye.
