No Regrets; Crying In The Rain
BLEACH
By: Chi~
Disclaimer: Don't own, like usual. It's only because I'm not as beastly as I'd like. (Doesn't mean I don't think I'm beastly anyways – I plead the first!)
A/N: Was talking to a very good friend, SillyWQ-chan herself, and she said she wondered when I would get a poem or something. Something drove me to writing this out during school today, but as the hours go by…all I have is this poem and vague memories of the messages…and reading back on them…
Damn it, I think I'm an idiot. I seem to forget everything, :grumbles:.
Ah, to hell with it! Here's this random poem I wrote up during class hete fans!
[Hana-han~ hope you like it! :beams:]
Read ½ because this poem's beastly like that.
No Regrets; Crying In The Rain
The rain
Harsh
Cruel
Cold
Both of them
Soaked
Not saying a word
Standing in silence
His jaw was set
Eyes shadowed
Staring at her
Eyes of teal, hard
Her head
Bowed
Hair dripping
Covering her face
Eyes of violet, pained
Their fists clench
At their sides
Simultaneously
She didn't know
What to do
He did know
What to say
They stood in the rain
Minutes
Hours
They didn't know
For once
They didn't care
Lightning struck
Thunder roared
They didn't move
Still as a statue
They were getting nowhere
And the storm roved on
He couldn't take it
Not anymore
She could tell
He was about to finally…
Speak
She looked up
Tears from the rain
Covering her face
They didn't fool him
Their eyes locked
His turning soft
"I'm not sorry," he said,
Lips curling
Gently
She reached out
Lightly fisted his shirt
Letting out
Such a relieved
But confused sob
"Why," she yelled over the thunder
"You shouldn't be here,"
He heard her say
"Why?"
He clenched his jaw
Frustration bubbled in his chest
"Idiot," he yelled
Grabbing her shoulders
Eyes wide and pleading
But she tried to turn away
She tried to push
'Failed, but cried anyway, "You can't!"
"I can!"
He roughly pulled her to him
Sealed her mouth with a kiss
"I will!"
She buried her face in his chest
Sobbing with a undeniable smile
As he gladly
Enveloped her in warmth
He bit his lip
Tightened his grip
Began crying, himself, in the rain
The relief
And love to have her in his arms
Once again
Without restraints
Finally
"I'm not sorry either!"
She had yelled in his shirt
As thunder lit the sky
He only tightened his hold
Let his tears mix the rain in her hair
In the storm
They waited
For their...
...eternity.
Ahh, man…why do I have a knack for writing a poem that has a vague story behind it? They're usually always situations that are easy to figure out, but still…I just feel that some people don't like things like that.
Ugh, anyways. What'd you think of this poem? This is like…poem three on here and I've gotten good feedback so far. Perhaps I actually have a knack for such a thing? A poem writer…hmm…
Obviously, they weren't aloud to see each other and somebody just didn't give a shit. Rofl. (BTW - this was a clue.) Here's another one: Why would she say "you can't" and he would say "I can!" ? Perhaps...oh, I don't know - forbidden love? (Thanks people, you ruined my fun. I'd call you retards, but I'm too nice...or maybe not as nice as I thought.)
Review, yes? Please? I'll get on my knees, which isn't different because I've been doing that a lot lately…don't look at me like that.
