Crack, CRACK. All the penguins started panicking, the babies were drifting out to sea on an iceberg. All the penguins started looking for the seals. They only had one enemy, the seals. Some of the penguins started calling for the meerkats that would be sleeping right now. When the meerkats got there, they asked what was wrong, but then they saw it.
" What are the babies doing out there?" many meerkats called.
" We were just waddling when they started to drift away," some penguins said.
"Well what are we doing just standing here we need a way to save them," The Meerkat leader said.
"We could ask the panda and polar bears," one of the meerkats said.
"Or ask the flying fish," one penguin said.
"Those are all good ideas. How about we can first we ask the panda and the polar bears to help us," exclaimed the penguin leader.
" Ya," all of the penguins and meerkats yelled.
Once the penguins and the meerkats got to the bears they asked them, " Will you come and help us get our babies."
" For what? What will you give us?" The polar bears ask.
" We will give you fish. Many many fish. "the penguins said.
" Okay we will do it. Where are these babies you speak of?" The polar bears inquired.
"They are over by the cliff where we swim all day," the penguins said.
When they got there the polar bears were doubting that they could do it.
"How are we going to save them?" said the polar bears.
"We could call the pandas, "the polar bears informed.
"Panda! Panda!" The polar bears called out.
When the pandas got there they asked, "What seems to be the problem?"
"Our babies are trapped on the iceberg over there," the penguins said with teary eyes.
"We could make a bridge out of pandas and polar bears," some of the pandas proclaimed.
"Yes, that is a great idea," the polar bears said.
Once they tried to make the bridge they all fell into the water because neither the polar bears, nor the pandas were strong enough to hold the bridge up.
"Sorry dudes we don't have any other ideas. See you later," the leader panda said. "You could ask the flying fish."
"Yeah, that is a great idea," the penguins agreed.
"FLYING FISH, where are you!" the penguins and meerkats called.
"We are over here," they called back.
"You can ride us over to the iceberg to get to the babies," the flying fish offered.
"Sure, we will take that offer," the penguins stated.
Once they got mounted on the flying fish they flew on over to the ice burg. They grabbed the babies, and flew back to the other side.
"How could we ever thank you," the penguins thanked.
"It is ok. You don't need to thank us," the flying fish said.
After that the penguins and flying fish had a wonderful day. Until the very next day, when they saw the foxes.
