This town full of bad memories and worse weather
Disclaimer: this is a Harmionie (harry/Hermione) fanfiction don't like the paring then don't read. I don't own the Harry potter franchise and don't make any money off writing this
Warning: Harry is depressed as heck in this.
The battle had long since been over, he had lost so many to that snake-faced lunatic. Fred, Tonks, Remus, Mad eye, Sirius, Dumbledore, Snape, his own parents and countless others. Even Ron at the last minute didn't make it, to cursed even attempt at healing him with light spells. Snow fell to his pale face and mixed with his tears. He had lost so much because of one man. A man that the wizarding world believed he would become. He had nothing else. He screamed. He screamed onto the heavens and the fates that took away his childhood, his family his best friend, his everything because of one Tom Marvolo Riddle. As he screamed he heard another, a shrill scream higher than his filled with just as much pain as his. Hermione, how could he forget? She had lost her parents as well she lost her friends and family as well. She had stuck by him even when Ron had doubted him. Together they screamed for their loses. They screamed at the fates that had filled their stories with hardship and heartache. When they could scream no more they clung to each other like they were the only things tethering the other to this earth. The snow mixed with their tears as they fell from their glassed over eyes. There was silence and in it he said " I'm cold" to which she could only reply "I know".
