Cragen pauses. Looks at her (really looks at her, like she's a stranger).
"Fine. Hand over your badge and your gun."
She stares at him. Weighs up her options. (Thinks of the perp and all his victims. Thinks about the mistake Cragen's making). Does as she's told.
"You're wrong, you know that, don't you?" She says, taking a step back towards the door, "He's only going to do it again."
The Captain looks sad.
