Introduction
Kyubey led the charge followed by Sayaka, Mami, Madoka, Kyouko last being Homura. They were deep in a labyrinth looking for the witch Arisu. Suddenly they had gotten separated.
First Alice
Sayaka found herself in a dark forest. The trees themselves seemed to block her way. She decided to cut her way through. With each cut the branches seemed to draw closer to block her path. She cut faster, beginning to hate this forest. Slowly she began to feel only her hate. She took no notice as the forest floor became soaked with blood, though not her own. She came into a clearing, seeing only a dou of witches she attacked.
Second Alice
Mami found herself in an abandoned city, she looked around but saw no one. To quell the fear and anxiety rising in her she began to sing. Thus engrossed in her singing she did not hear the approaching foot steps. Not until the little creature began to sing in its strange voice did she notice it. Slowly the songs they sang began to grow more disturbing. Thus engrossed in the maddening song Mami failed to notice, as Charlotte began to grow larger smiling before opening her mouth.
In the place of a head, Charlotte left a blue rose.
Third Alice
Madoka found herself surrounded by numerous faces. She started to panic until she noticed that each one had a soul gem, she let herself relax. They led her to a castle, she felt anxious to go looking for her friends. But they insisted that shey stay the night. She was plagued by two dreams. The first one where people would lose hope and turn into witches, the second of her sitting on the throne and ruling as the queen. The next day when she looked in the mirror she would panic from seeing herself dead. The day after that the people looked like skeletons. The next day she sat on the throne placed the crown on her head and proclaimed herself queen.
Fourth Alice
Homura and Kyouko found themselves in a clearing. Kyouko noticed the table laden with tea and sweets she immediately sat down. Homura tried to use her telepathy to contact the others. The peace in the clearing did not last long. The witch Octavia entered the clearing, with her sword drawn she tried striking the two magical girls. Even together Homura and Kyouko could barely hold Octavia back. Octavia sliced at Kyouko, Homura feeling cornered threw a bomb and backed out of the clearing. After the explosion Homura returned to the clearing, but saw no sign of either Kyouko or Octavia. On the table was a cordial invitation to meet the queen. Homura set out, following the directions in the letter. When she arrived Homura was shocked to see the queen look like Madoka, and even more shocked when the queen attacked. Homura felt sorrow when she stopped time and fired. The people celebrated Homura's succession.
Epilogue
It had taken many years to track down Kyubey, but it had been worth it. Homura danced around the Incubator's broken body. In her dance she threw four things off the cliff, the Aces of Spade, Diamond, Club and half of the Ace of Heart. Each one had Arisu written on it. After dancing a few steps more She stood at the edge of the cliff and looked out. She turned toward Kyubey, smiled then fell backwards.
At the bottom the cards were joined by the second half of the Ace of Heart.
