Total crack pairing but I'm in love with Grimmjow, I admit(:

Not fluffy and not really even romancy, if that's a word, haha.

Enjoy!

Soft gasps echoed and filled the large room, grating on Grimmjow's delicate nerves. Teal eyes shone as he glowered at the on-edge girl. He had to admit, she looked even more sad and pathetic than normal. God, he hated human emotions.

"Woman, will ya please shut the fuck up!" He growled.

Steel eyes gazed up at him through peach bangs. "Will you miss me when I die?" She asked in an off-hand tone that he couldn't quite understand.

"Che. No." He answered simply with a shrug of his shoulders. Regarding her, he watched his indifference break her, reveling in it. Drinking in the change in her aura, from sweet, cantaloupe yellow to dull, tasteless gray.

He leaned in closer as tears streamed down her cheeks. Breathing deep, he took in the smell of desolation. After a few moments he decided that it smelled like utter perfection on her.

Hiccupping once, she found her voice. "Why?" She choked out, shuddering as his hot breath caressed her neck.

A cruel smirk slide across his face. He nuzzled her gently, almost affectionately, he was an amazing liar. Blood pounded just under her pale flesh. Oh, how he wanted to spill it on the white marble. To be slick with her life; he groaned deep in his chest. If only she knew how truly dangerous she had made him to her. If only she knew.

"Because, sweet cheeks," He smiled at the irony. "I'm hollow inside." Leaning in for one last drag, he pulled away from her, and strode towards the door. A thud told him that she had collapsed, hitting harder than he had expected.

A lone sob. "Grimmjow." She called out, her voice sounding stange to him. He chuckled to himself. But, he couldn't deny that she was practically irresistible, so vulnerable and miserable. A hungry grin spread over his face. His grip tightened on the knob, turning it.

"Orihime." He said, in way of good-bye, through his teeth. Opening the door, he stepped out into the caverness hallway. As he strolled away from her room, broken sobs drifted, in the air, along with him.

Ah. Sweet, sweet music.
