Squall delivers the final blow to the demonic Sorceress. Both of Ultemecia's heads scream, her wails echoing like a pebble in the pond across the cosmos. I place my hands over my ears and close my eyes shut. The stars around us grow larger and brighter, consuming the darkness in a holy light.

"Is it over? Let's go! Let's go back to our time!" I hear Irvine cry from the distance. Slowly, I open my eyes and find my friends running in the distance of this eternally white place. They run in slow motion, ghosts of their actions following after them. I realise then that we are back in the time compression and my heart picks its beat. We have defeated the most powerful Sorceress ever known. My eyes scan for Squall but I cannot find him.

"Shut up! Just calm down and think where we have to go!" Selphie exclaims. She grabs Irvine's arm, afraid if she'll lose him in this crevice of Time. I want to hold onto Squall right now. I'm scared...Scared if I never find him again- No, I should push negative thoughts aside.

My eyes are watery because of the luminous light. I wipe the rolling tears, unsure if they are due to my eyes not adjusting to the light or because I can't find Squall.

"Careful guys; don't pick the wrong time!" Zell calls to us, his voice suppressed in the distance. He waves a hand as if beckoning us to follow him before disappearing into the white light. I might have been proud of his sudden confidence then but I am worried for Squall.

"Whatever you do, don't fall into a time warp..." Quistis' voice echoes before she too vanishes into her surroundings. I run around for a while, my heart racing with amalgamated feelings of fear and excitement.

"Time...Place...Who I wanna be with..."I whispered. I notice a hole of blue light ripping through the whiteness not too far away. It reminds me of a place I know.

"I wanna go there!" I cry out happily. Another tear trickles from my eyes as my hand clutches the two silver rings on my necklace.

"Where Squall and I promised!" My arms are now outstretched as I run towards the patch of blue light.

"Squall!"

It's too late for me. The blue light fades into a horrible dark colour that reminded me of withered roses and turbulent storms. I scream out as my body slips through the portal and gravity weighs down on me as I fall deeper down the vacuum.

"Squall! Let's go home!" I cry out, my screams are muffled and I am afraid of losing my friends...Forever.

My eyes open wide as I crash down on what looked like a ship. A girl screams out and a few men argue swiftly in a language I didn't understand. The pain in my back sears up to my head and a wave of nausea sweeps over me.

"Hey, where did she come from?" another startled voice gasped around the corner. I moan and place a hand on my forehead. Images of my friends bounce around my mind. The last one was that of a brunette teenager with a prominent scar across the bridge of his nose. He smiles softly at me, eyes full of coveted emotions, before fading into the darkness of my thoughts.

"Squall..."

I reach my hand out and allow the darkness to consume me whole.

A/N: Hope you guys are okay with this crossover. I'm only just starting it so it depends on feedback if I'm motivated to write any more! XD

Main couples are not planned as of yet but this will probably be a Rinoa X Tidus and a Yuna X Tidus story.
