The Doctor gets captured by a strange organization right as Daleks are about to destroy the universe. It is up to Sofia now, but she can't do it alone. She needs the help of long lost friends of the Doctor to face his biggest enemy. Another story in the Sofia and the Doctor series. AU in which the 11th Doctor does not regenerate while Clara is the companion. (Sofia Oswald OC)

Chapter 1 - Scientists of the Unnatural

The Doctor arrived at Sofia's house for another dangerous adventure.

Sofia had been sitting on the stairs all day waiting for the Doctor. When she finally heard the swooshing sound of the Tardis in her front yard then she rushed to the door and opened it.

"So where to this time, Doctor?" asked Sofia

"Well, I was thinking of going and fighting more Daleks," answered the Doctor.

"Again" said Sofia with a sigh, "you know it get boring when you fight the same aliens over and over."

"Would you like to come in for a cup of tea?" asked Sofia "I've already made the tea anyway."

"Tea? That's all you got, tea? Don't have wine or something" said the Doctor.

"No…" said Sofia, "you are rude Doctor."

"I know" said the Doctor "that's what makes me so fantastic, and I was just playing with you, I hate liquor and stuff like that."

Right then the peal of the doorbell sounded. Sofia and the Doctor looked at each other suspiciously.

"Who could that be?" wondered Sofia as she and the Doctor went to go get the door. When Sofia opened the door two people said, "We are the Scientists of the Unnatural."

"Unnatural," muttered Sofia

"My partner Bob, and I looking for a person called the Doctor," said the taller of the two men. "Which one of you is the Doctor?

"That would be him," said Sofia pointing to the Doctor.

"In that case, you are under arrest," said one of the scientists.

"WHY?" shouted the Doctor.

But the two scientists didn't answer as they carried the Doctor to the car that was in the front yard.

"Sofia, stay here, don't move, don't even go in the Tardis. I'll be right back," shouted the Doctor as he got carried off.

"I have to do something right now," she said to herself. "Daleks are destroying half the universe." Just then an idea came to her. "I got it!" said Sofia in a gasp as she ran in to the Tardis. Sofia's adventure for the day had begun.
