"Lucy, over here!" She groggily got out of bed and looked at her window. A flying blue cat and the happy-go-lucky pink haired guy were waiting outside for her. "Natsu, what are you doing here, so early?" she mumbled. "What was that? Lucy you really have to speak up. Geez, you sound like a dying cow" he replied. "WHO ARE YOU CALLING A DYING COW? GO WAIT FOR ME AT THE GUILD, GODDAMNIT!" She took a pan and threw it Natsu who took out a couple of eggs from his pocket. Hastily, he cracked them open caught the pan and held it above his head. "FIRE DRAGON'S ROAR!" he yelled and within 2 seconds he had 2 perfect fried eggs. "Wow Lucy, you're so kind. Thanks for letting me make breakfast for Happy and I…" Natsu said as he ran off with Happy. "Geez, those idiots never learn" she said with a sigh. "Might as well change and head to the guild."
When she arrived, the guild was lively as usual. Erza had beaten the crap out of both Natsu and Grey for them making fun of Wendy. Cana was already drunk, and it was 11:00 am in the morning. Juvia was hiding behind a stack of barrels whispering "Grey-sama…" Yep same as always, Lucy muttered. She headed over to the quest board to look for a job. "Wanted: Looking for a couple to infiltrate Ryusoku's castle." Taking the flier in her hand, she walked towards the trash can disappointed that she was still single, and the pay reward was very high. "Yo, Lucy! Whatcha got there?" he asked grabbing the flier out of hands. "Oh-hoh! Look at all that money! Say let's go do this quest right now, me and you?" Lucy was taken aback. "You and I, go on a quest together as a couple?" she stammered. "Yeah, the pay is so high and if we pull it off, I can finally buy that Steak I've been wanting to it." Lucy looked at Natsu, his eyes were brimming with hope, hope that with this quest, he shall have enough money to buy steaks. "That idiot has no idea what he's putting me through" she whispered. "Fine whatever lets go, but if you don't pull off your share of us being a couple, then you're going to clean your house with Happy when you go home." The thought of cleaning his own house made Natsu faint, and Lucy had to drag him out of the guild and towards their destination.
