Eternally
Illusions of You Ever So
Whisper the night a short tale of the heavens in darkness, in gray;
Wish the easy melody so slow; speak of nothing, of nothing to say;
Of this quietest tune that comes to the lips, of the cold, so very dry;
So soon, I close my stained eyes to see no one, but I hear, a cry.
When you look closer into my eyes, and, I do see your pale face;
Though, here, I am in lonely emptiness, in the loneliness of space;
I can hear the longing songs of faded enchanted in the starlit night;
Don't let me go; don't want this moment to walk by to the day's light.
Never wish to wake, from this nightmare, in so sweet, lost dreams;
Though distant, and alone, I feel; I'm never too far away, it seems;
Oh, won't you stay with me till when, then hold my hands eternally;
Do you know that, you are the only one I do see; I see who, truly.
Take this, this soul of mine; what am I in your eyes; so, look at me;
Please don't look away; I am always, here; and now, you will see;
Who I am and am I me? I do not know who I am, and where am I?
I am in such illusions that often haunt in lone prayers in the dark sky.
And, you are the tender breeze that carry me away in hums so still;
I turn around and I hear your voice; have kept in me; I always will;
I know nothing, but my thoughts, for someone; I do know someone,
That someone is you; and, to me, you are, like no other, only one.
Your face, that comes to me in so solemn visions; how can I forget;
There, on the fairest of days, gazed as lost in a daydream, we met;
I drift far away in a daze; don't need to know the past, or the future;
Just to know your name, your heart, here and now, is my treasure.
How I wish for this story to last in its pretty spell; if only I am not me,
And, we are together forever, to escape away from all our misery;
To fly away together to a perfect world, somewhere, in our hearts;
Go to where there is no more hurt, where songs ever again starts.
Forget all our troubles, our worries; so closer, nearby, we do stay;
Let us close our eyes and dream away and together we run away;
Ring our hearts, in a delicate spell; then, you and I, we are singing;
Oh so true within, and so dearest in true love, a song of everlasting.
Now, look into my eyes to see only the shining moons, in your eyes;
Peculiarly, a teardrop comes to me, and then, it flutters in stillest cries;
Glancing around the starlight, beside; and, I see you are crying, too;
Can this happiness be so much, that is shared between me and you?
Then, in simple harmony, a fine dance, in the glancing stars, above;
Listen to the heartbeats in the night, and raindrop awakens the love;
Share a kiss folded in light wings, send it away; a shooting Jurai star;
Keep my only heart just for you, and together we stay and fly afar...
