Ch 1

"Tell ya what baka you beat me I'll go back to Konoha, and abandon my quest for Orochimaru's power!" said Sasuke. "So let us begin" he said activating his Sharingan.

Naruto charged at Sasuke punching him in the gut, using a double roundhouse kick combo; knocking him away. Sasuke disappeared in a puff of smoke. He looked up dodging an incoming punch. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" exclaimed Naruto making a single clone.

He held out his hand while his clone began to quickly move its hands over his forming a Rasengan.

"Damn it, Chidori" said Sasuke making several hand seals before performing his Jutsu.

They ran towards one another slamming their techniques against each other. An explosion occurred. Sasuke lay on the ground unconscious. Naruto put Sasuke on his back and headed home to the Leaf Village ignoring his gaping shoulder wound.

Sakura was waiting for Naruto to return with Sasuke. She saw his wound as soon as he approached her. "Naruto your hurt, did Sasuke use his Chidori on you?" she asked teary eyed.

"Don't worry Kyubi yu'll heal me we need to get Sasuke to the hospital fast though."

Sakura gave him a quick peck on the lips and quickly took Sasuke and took him to Konoha Regional Hospital.

A few minutes later Kyubi healed Naruto and congratulated him. "Kit I'd have never thought you'd do what you did today, beat him down the way you did with that Rasengan of yours!"said the Kyubi. "Thanks"

"Hey kit that pink headed girl she… she likes you I can tell. If she ever acts on her feeling be sure to treat her well" "Kyubi I always thought you were evil because of what everyone said but you're…well okay!!"

Naruto woke up the next morning with a smile. A small knock on his door was all he heard. He proceeded to open it and when he did he saw Sakura.

"Hey Naruto, Kakashi wants to see you at the training grounds." Naruto walked up to his sensei and tapped him on the shoulder .

"you wanted to see me?" he asked dumbly. "Hm, oh here it's my old white fang sword, you transmit your chakra into, and it can slice through anything" he said giving Naruto the sword and sheath.

Naruto opened the door to his apartment and laid the sword on the table.

Later that day about noon he went to train.

When he got there he saw Sasuke standing with a single crutch "Sasuke I'm sorry but I made a promise!"He said.

Sasuke slowly turned around "Naruto you always was naïve, but I see that being angry isn't gonna make things better; hmpt I'm sorry, can you defend me in my trail for abandonment and attempted murder?" he asked with fear.

"Sure, like I said we're brothers." He said giving Sasuke a thumbs up. "Yeah." Agreed Sasuke with a small smile.

He walked home and laid down falling asleep atop the blankets of his bed. The next morning he woke to birds chirping loudly.

He shut his windows and locked them going back to sleep. About 1:30 he awoke once more but this time to the sound of a knock.

He opens the door and sees the pink haired kunochi in front of him. "Hey Sakura, how are you doing?"

"H-Hi, can…can I come in?" He lets her in telling her to sit on the couch while he took a quick shower. She waits about 20 minutes.

"Ah, now what is it you need my cherry blossom?" he said with a blush. He noticed her face turned bright red in embarrassment. He sat beside her.

"Is something wrong?"

"Naruto you wanna go on a date with me? I mean I under…" before she could finish she was cut off by a kiss.

"I'd love to" he said softly. They left and went to a nearby hut that sold dumplings. They order six of them. Naruto began to feed Sakura and vice-versa. "Naruto I love you!" "Love you too Sakura".
