The woman took a long drag of her cigarette as she then calmly exhales the puff of smoke. Glancing at her watch she continues to take a few more slow drags and then exhaling them into the cold starry night.
The woman then caught sight of a male walking towards her; she then snuffed out her cigarette with her foot while she fixed her outfit. Before turning her attention to the dark musky smelling male now standing before her.
"Boy, what took you so long?" the woman asked in her worried tone.
The male just shrugged as his left arm scratched the back of his head as he then spoke.
"Off dealing... you know. And it didn't take that long ma," he said with a half whine.
Turning on her heel, she walked down the street as the male trailed behind her. They walked for another 10mins in silence, before entering a back alley. Dirt, weeds, and some trash covered the alley, as they pass by. Nearing to the end of the alley, the woman raised her arm to stop her companion.
"Wait here boy it shouldn't take long," said the woman. Walking across the street towards a lone parked vehicle that was next to the flickering lamp post.
Watching from afar the male watched the woman leaned down to talk to the person who's seated on the driver's side. A dark aurora surrounds the vehicle as the car door open and the woman bent down to greet the male. They were shadow still from the poor lighting, not to long after that a man's yell could be heard for a split second before the sound cut off.
He slowly walked out of the dark alley over to the woman who's pushing the stone figure to the back seat. After assisting her, she then flashed him a wallet and keys.
"Looks like a new statue for my garden collection and some extra cash for the bills," proclaimed happily the woman as they both sat in the car.
Smirking the male took the keys from the woman, took the wheel as they sped off into the night.

The bustling city life was as normal as it can get. With a small park where children played and tall office building stood nearby but in the center where all traffic started. It was then a couple of women were running down the alley ways zigzagging through crowds being chased by two dark forms.
Running towards the busy intersection where there's traffic and the park at the corner. The two dark forms cursed under their breaths as they hurried to stop them before they reached the park.
The women ran threw the moving cars, not getting a hit or a scratch as they cross the road. Fleeing into the park, and disappearing into the trees and bushes.
"Damnit, see what happens when you try to hit on them baka!" The red head male glared at the tall blonde.
"Whoa, I said I was sorry jeez." Raising both his hands in front of him while backing up, trying to stop the other from attacking him. "We are still after all in public ya?"
"We were this close into getting a portal pearl from them." The glowering male took off in the direction of the park searching for the nature sirens. Following after the red head, the blonde walked causal behind him.
"I don't think they would be so happy if we came back so quickly." Watching his friend stab the trees with his switch blade as gaping parents ushered their children away from the looney. "Besides you're causing a scene and we haven't yet visit a restaurant that sells ramen," whines the blonde as he then received a glare from the red head.
"We are nearby from that town filled with half demons; maybe someone there might have a pearl." Ignoring the blonde's expression before sighing. "They might sell ramen there..."
A loud shout of joy echoed through the park, making parents cringe and glare at the psychos. This was going to be quite an adventure.
