idk what happened so here is the actual version

Phil was hot, and in more ways than one. The sun was beating down, and a light breeze was blowing. It was the perfect swimming weather. I was going to see Phil at the pool.

My boyfriend was a lifeguard at the community pool, and there was no way at all that I was going to miss seeing my boyfriend shirtless.

I had on a faded brown tee shirt and my swimming trunks as I made my way to the pool. I had on matching brown flip-flops that clopped as I went on the sidewalk under the sun. It sure was hot out.

I was sweating under all the heat. Even with the heat, all I could think about was my boyfriend. He had a black fringe and icy eyes that could cool him down even on a hot day.

I walked up to the pool entrance excitedly, and paid the usual $5. I went in and oh my god. Phil was sitting sweating, without a shirt on, up high where everybody could see him. He was laying back soaking up sun with his eyes closed. Some lifeguard.

I could see some teenage girl trying to get his attention swimming in front of him.

This would be fun.

I walked up behind him and went "Boo." He jumped up and almost fell down. Phil laughed a deep, ~attractive~ laugh.

The girls in front of him swooned, and so did I.

I was taller than Phil, so I just had to lean up a bit and kissed him on the cheek. The girls in front of him sighed and started swimming to another area.

"Hey Dan." he said in his beautiful voice. It was one of the many things I loved about him. "Hey Phil." I said, smiling. The light hit his face perfectly. I wanted to kiss him so badly.

I set my stuff on top of his stuff next to his lifeguard chair. I pulled off my shirt, and the girls started to vaguely drift closer. I cannonball into the water right next to Phil, and soak him. "Hey!" he yells, but I just laugh. He looked so happy.

I swam around cooling off and flirting with some of the girls. I floated around on my back for a while, and I may have caught Phil smiling at me.

I heard three short whistles, and that meant that Phil was on break. I got out of the pool and got my towel. I walked over to Phil, who was getting a snack from the food stand. He had wet hair from when I splashed him, a towel over his shoulder, and a water bottle in his hand. He also had no shirt on. I inwardly made an inhuman noise. He looked at me and smiled.

We sat down in silence, holding hands at a table. "Can you hand me my water bottle from my bag?" I leaned down to get his water, and handed it to him. It turns out the lid was loose, and I accidently handed it to him rather hard. I spilled water all over Phil's bare chest.

"Oh Dan! Hand me my towel."

I couldn't move. All I could do was stare. Phil was the most attractive person I knew. My jaw must have dropped. Phil lightly shoved me and said, "Hey."

I got out of my daze and handed him his towel. "Sorry." I said. We laughed.

A whistle blew. That meant that Phil had to get back to work. I quickly kissed his cheek and jumped into the pool. I was quickly cooled off by the water.

As the day went on, the sun set, the air cooled down, and I met Phil at the entrance before we left. We held hands on our way home. And I was in love on this hot, summer day.
