Telling you
Robin sighed. As he sat in his room, he thought about the one alien girl that he loved so much, right from the bottom of his heart. He was willing to do anything for her, even give up his life. He was frustrated… He thought, he knew, Starfire would never love him back, or at least only as a friend. His heart yearned for her, he tried to get over it, but it just never worked. He wanted to confess, but he was afraid. Afraid… that she would turn him down. He sighed for the hundredth time that day.
Meanwhile, on the roof of the Titans Tower, Starfire was sitting, pondering her thoughts. She was confused. When she was near Robin, she would feel a tug at her heart, she would feel sad when he talked to other girls; she tried to solve this mystery of her heart.
"Am I in love with Robin?" she thought aloud.
The roof door suddenly slid open. Robin, deciding to take in some fresh air, saw Starfire sitting there, and saw her troubled face.
"Star, are you alright? Something troubling you?"
"Robin, can I ask you something?"
Robin nodded.
"When I am near this certain someone, I feel… a tug on my heart, butterflies in my stomach, why is that?"
Robin's heart skipped a beat. 'She loves someone else, Starfire… Please let it be me.'
"Robin?"
Robin gulped. "Who is this person?"
"You."
Robin smiled, a genuine smile he hadn't had in quite some time.
"It's love, Star, and I just want to tell you, I love you too."
Starfire smiled, and kissed him.
