Journal Entry 2: Shadow Axe

"This weapon is incredibly powerful. Not only is it completely indestructible by natural and mundane means, but it's completely unbeatable in almost every combat situation! It can slice and chop through basically anything, and by wielding it you can enter into, travel through, and even control the shadows that surround you."

I first started making this by making a mold for the axe's head, planing to use the same metal as I did for the Scoped Assault Lazer, but then realized that said metal was made simply for durability, not sharpness, and also wasn't made to handle shadow energy, which is what would allow the weapon's user to control shadows. So, I decided to make the handle (actually it's really more of a pole because of how long and undecorated it is) out of the same metal as before, but make a new material for the head that can handle the energy, and to attach them together by simply having the head screw on. Immediately I began research into how to construct the metal I needed (on the atomic scale, of course, so that it wouldn't be susceptible to chemical reactions). I finished that pretty quickly, due to extensive prior knowledge on the subject, so I went back and worked on the mold for the pole, and got that done too. I decided it was time to start work on a conduit for the shadow energy. This part was quick, but still tricky. It takes quite a lot of very specific interuniversal connections, and even after that process is done, the object itself (that object being a small, perfectly round orb of obsidian) is very sensitive, and must be handled with care until it has been secured onto its designated conductor. I then used the "recipe" that I had made for the new metal, and after making a batch I melted it down and put it in the mold, while aslo using some magnetic realignment to hold the conduit in the center so that it would be inside the axe head when it cooled. After that finished I molded the pole as well, screwed them together, and finally it was finished. The perfect solo combat weapon.

'If this metal is compatible with this energy, then what else is it compatible with? Wait, I have to go get something.' *goes to MCU* *comes back laughing hysterically* "Oh my God! This thing can handle the infinity stones!!! This thing is perfect!" XD
