Authoress Note(s): Here is my first, and hopefully last, attempt at a one-shot in this Fandom. It is very short; it's supposed to be. Also, this is a crossover. I'm not telling which one it would spoil it, you'll just have to read to see. No pairings, or any warnings are needed besides and open mind. I have no beta so all mistakes are mine and mine alone.

Read-Review please. Although written for my enjoyment it is nice to hear what others think.

Disclaimer: I don't own, just borrowing for the moment.

Crossing Over
-Part 1: Hot Water-

When one works with the SGC, or SGA as his case may be, one quickly got used to seeing the unusual, strange, horrifying, amazing, bizarre, etc. Sadly, if you can name it, let alone think it up, you've probably been in contact with it or will be in the near future. Going through the Gate, practically every other day, also helps.

Of course, having to climb out of the Stargate, 'wet' his gifted mind helpfully supplied, was a new experience, even for him. Sure, there was the usual walking, falling, flying, or fleeing through the Gate but never climbing. The joy.

Dragging his tired, wet body to the edge of what looked to be a small spring, Rodney McKay blissfully slumped over the edge in a giant heap greedily sucking in lungfuls of air.

Exiting the wormhole and finding yourself in who knew how deep water was hell on the lungs let alone the body as it desperately flailed around searching for oxygen and a way out.

The area was pretty interesting to say the least. Hundreds of shallow springs littered the forested in area with several bamboo poles sticking out here and there, and a fat guy in strange clothing waving and bouncing to get his attention. Yes, very interesting indeed.

Taking one last great lungful he shifted slowly on the muddy ground and plopped himself up slightly. In doing so, Rodney's swift mind soon encountered an anomaly on his person.

'Why does my chest feel so…' Smoothly, for him, Rodney pulled the rest of himself out of the spring and glanced wide-eyed at himself.

He was a….well…a…girl. Long, hip length black-blue hair, wide doe-blue eyes, full ruby lips, cute button nose, hour-glass figure, small dainty fingers and hands, pale smooth skin, and above all else…the biggest chest he had ever seen, replaced the Rodney we all knew and loved.

'D? DD?…' The now traumatized man instinctively pondered groping at his protruding bosom.

Shaky hands rapidly moved over his body before desperately moving lower to grasp at what should have been nestled snuggly between his legs. Nothing but air lay there.

'Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!' Mind officially in shock.

Unconsciously, his minds eye and ear picked up what seemed to be the distressed sounds of a pig?, cat?, and was that a panda? treading water.

While his inner turmoil continued to play out, and play out it did, several minutes in fact, another portion of his brilliant mind searched urgently for an answer for the why's and how's this could possibly happen and ways to fix said problem. He could multi-task you know, even if one section of the mind was in LaLa Land.

"Awe Hell!…" McKay groaned miserably as his eyes quickly refocused on his surroundings once again. Finding and translating the sign 'Jusenkyo' and seeing the strange man running up with what appeared to be a 'kettle' was the last draw. He was official in hell.

END?

Authoress Note(s): Well, there you have it a Ranma ½ crossover. I've been thinking of it for a while and now the bunny will hopefully shut-up. I have a feeling other crossover settings may pop up though so watch out. Thanks for reading.
