Amita has it all

Amita Ramanujan looked down at her left hand where a newly placed ring was on her finger.
See Charlie Eppes her boyfriend had just purposed to Amita after their lunch picnic in the park. Amita was rather shocked actually; yeah she had been dating him for about a year now. But it was still a shock, she was ecstatic to say the least..
While Amita was looking at the ring in her office she thought about what had happened in the past year. Like Charlie and her getting together, some rather awkward questions from Alan especially the first night she had stayed over. The happy proposal and marriage between Megan and Larry. And finally the proposal with the most beautiful ring Amita had ever seen.
The ring had a gold band and one diamond placed tastefully in the center. The diamond was the perfect size to not so small that you can barley see it but not so big that it blinds you either.
Some people say you can't have it all but they were wrong.
