Inspiration has struck again! I hope you enjoy my story. PEACE!

"Hey Gretchen, how was math?" said a super smiley Isabella.

"It was okay, I really hate Mr. Leng though. I mean how in the world am I supposed to learn about parabolas when he's telling us a twenty minute story on how parabolas are like vending machines which may I remind you, have nothing to do with math. Ugh its so annoying." said Gretchen with frustration. She looked over at Isabella. "Well, well I know you like History and all but thats not your 'I got an A again' smile. Whats going on?"

"Huh? Oh nothing. Nothing's up"

"Wait a second, thats your ' I know something you don't ' smile. Spill!"

"No way, its not important anyway."

"Come on, you can tell me anything. I promise I won't tell anymore."

"Hmmmm I don't know" said Isabella with a sly smile.

"Please please please..." begged Gretchen.

"Oh, okay, so you'll never guess what happened right after school."

"What happened?"

"My mom's here."

"Your mom, what?"

"I'll see you tomorrow okay? My mom's actually here."

"Isabella, come on. That's not cool, you knew she was coming didn't you."

Isabella smiled, "Yes, yes I did. I promise I'll tell you tomorrow. I'll explain everything. " She grabbed her back pack and headed to the car.

"Fine, but I'll be right here waiting. You know how impatient I am."

"I know," Isabella laughed, "See you later."

"Bye."

"Bye."

Isabella smirked as she got into the car. Her back pack sat on her lap and she kissed her mom hello.

"Isa, how was school today?"

"It was great mom." said Isabella as she put her seatbelt on.

"Sounds like someone had a good day. I'm so glad."

"Me too. "

"So anything special happen today?"

"I got another A on my History Test. I ran the mile in 7 minutes 35 seconds. I got into group one for the Academic Decathlon Team. Thats about it."

"Well congratulations, I think this calls for special dinner and sundae tonight. How does that sound?"

"Can't wait," said Isabella as she patted her pocket, "Just can't wait."
