Hi, this is a Flash Oneshot! I am a huge shipper of WestAllen or Barry and Iris! I absolutely freaked over the second season premiere last Tuesday! I have been meaning to write this since last March, but never got around to it!

Iris is mad. No, scratch that, she is furious. She had caught her boyfriend, Barry, kissing Linda Park. Feeling like her heart has been ripped out of her chest, she locks her self in their room. Ignoring Barry's cries from outside the door; hearing when he gives up and slides down it, mirroring her actions from the opposite side.

Flashback:

Barry had been sitting in Jitters, waiting for Iris so they could have lunch, even though it was quickly nearing 3: 00. The restaurant was quiet, except for another woman sitting at the table behind him. The woman cleared her throat, causing Barry to turn around and look at her. Suddenly, he realized it was Linda, whom he had dated for a few weeks or so. Having not seen her in a few years, he took in her features; surprised to see she still looked the same.

They shared small talk for a few minutes until she got up and promptly sat in the seat beside Barry. Leaning over to kiss him, Linda heard the bells jingle on the door and saw Iris, with tears falling down her face.

Linda could feel Barry squirming underneath her grasp. And saw him look over to where Iris was walking out the door. Pushing her off him, he ran behind Iris.

Flashback Over

"Iris," He pleaded, " You have to understand, I didn't kiss her, she kissed me," Barry could feel the tears leaving tracks down his face when he didn't receive a reply and began crying even harder.

"I love you," he whispered.

"…"

"I would never even think about cheating on you,"

"…"

"I wouldn't lie to you," he tried again.

"…"

Hearing her so heartbroken, made him want to beat himself up. He never wanted to be the reason she cried.

A few hours later, Iris opened the door. Glaring at him when he met her gaze, she headed straight for the door. Barry needing to talk to her used his abilities to run in front of the door, blocking her path.

With him standing in front of her, Iris slapped him. Hard. She started sobbing again, and he grasped her chin, making her look him in the eye.

"Iris, listen to me, I would never ever even think about cheating on you, why don't you believe me?" he questioned, softly wiping the tears from her eyes.

"I- I never told you about why Eddie and I broke it off, I mean I know I t-told you it was because of you and it was, b-but he used to go out with other women and when I found out, I broke it off with him right away," she looked down ashamed as she still felt that Eddie cheated on her because she wasn't good enough, "I-I'm not good enough for you either, you deserve someone much prettier and smarter,"

"Iris, why don't you understand that all I want is you? I've been in love with you since we were 12," he said, voice straining, "I'm the one who isn't good enough for you,"

Wrapping her in a hug, they both shook with supressed sobs, and Iris knew that they were okay for now.

So I just totally made up that Eddie part, because I had never liked him that much.
