Jack's under no illusion that his heroes have feet of clay. 150-word drabble.

"Och, here comes the dynamic duo," said Rowena at the sound of the familiar roar of the Impala pulling up outside. "And about bloody time too, I'm not cut out for this babysitting lark."
Jack blushed a violent red. He'd thought Rowena's presence was strange, but not connected it to otherwise being alone in the bunker. I don't need babysitting.
"Given your talents, I don't know why you put up with them," Rowena added slyly, unable to resist the temptation to meddle.
"They're my heroes," Jack declared. Although, we'll definitely be having words later. "They might not have superpowers, but they do so much for others. I only wish I was half as brave."
Rowena patted him on the shoulder. "Bravery's the capacity to perform properly even when scared half to death," she quoted.
Jack nodded his agreement.
"Based on that definition, I think we're both doing okay," she snorted.
