summary: Kagome has a new neighbor and they had became close friends… and later on became more… but her parents don't like them being together, so they decided to move but will inuyasha let this happen?...
Chapter 1 – new neighbors
Kagome stared out the window looking across her street where the new niebhors are moving. Her mother had been complaining about new neighbors coming . Them being asses and snobs.. but Kagome had ignored all her complaints and decided to go meet them.
She stood up from her spot and walked towards the dorr.
"kagome, where are you going?" Mrs Higurashi asked.
"I'm going out for a walk" she answered. She didn't want her mom to know that she's going to greet the new neighbors.
"Oh.. o.. be sure you'll be back before dinner" Mrs H. said walking back to the kitchen
Kagome sighed and headed out the door. She walked down the shrine and crossed the street. She walked towards the new neighbor's house. She knocked on the door and waited. There was no answer.. then she knocked again…the knob twisted and the door opened. Kagome looked up at the person in front of her and gave a welcoming smile.
"Hi. Welcome to the neighborhood." She said then raised her hand. "I'm Kagome .. I live across the street." The person looked at her and took her hand.
"Thanks.. I'm Inuyasha.." He introduced himself and shook her hand.
It stayed quiet for a while 'til Kagome broke it.
"um.. what school are you going to?" she asked feeling a little uncomfortable.
"I think it was called… Shikon High or something .. Do you go there?" He answered.
"Yeah I do actually.. when are you starting?"
"I think tomorrow… but I don't know my way around so they'll probably ask some student to help." He said
"Why don't you just walk with me and my friends we'll be happy to show you around." Kagome said standing up.
"Yeah I guess.. where are you going?" he asked
"I have to go home.. if my mom finds out that I'm here she'll surely get mad.. and I'll get in so much trouble and I don't want that to happen" She said hurryiung.
"why would your mom do that?" Inuyasha asked a little curious.
"well,my mom doesn't like me hanging around new people…"kagome said.
"ok… but why?" he asked.
"I don't know.. she's just kind of over protective of her family ..anyways'' I gotta go… I'll see you tomorrow I'll come by to pick you up" She said as she crossed the street to her house.
Inuyasha waved good bye and walked to her room.
"Who was that dear?" his other asked.
"oh.. That was a neighbor…"
"Why didn't you introduce me? I'd love to meet the new neighbors" she said.
"maybe tomorrow.." he said and walked up to his room.
------------------------Next Morning-----------------------
Kagome woke up early and snuck out of her house and crossed the street to Inuyasha's house .. where she saw him sitting on his porch. She waved his direction and s did he.
"Hey .. you ready?" she asked.
"Yeah.." inuyasha said as he stood up.
"let's go then... we also have to hurry... we're gonna be late. It's a twenty minute walk from heere"she said. Inuyasha just nodded and followed.
