Dark Lightning
Dark lightning blasted away his universe. He fell forever. But something happened. As the dark skinned body fell through the airways of Coruscant, its heart stopped. But only for an instant. The Force gathered around the limp body as a speeder swerved to catch it. With the help of the Force the body landed in the seat next to the driver. Then once again the Force gathered, not around the body, but around the driver. The person put his hand on the body and with a burst of Force, the lifeless body's heart began to beat. The speeder landed next to a very battered old saucer shaped freighter. The driver carried the now unconscious Mace Windu up the ramp and laid him on one of the cots in the crew quarters. As the man was leaving a voice from behind him stop the driver cold.
"Thank you Captain"
The man turned around and asked
"How did you ...?"
"You'll come to learn that this ship has history with me, you'll also know that I know a little about you and your visit to Tatooine"
"Listen Master Jedi, I saved you and now I've got to get you off this planet before the clones come for you, I'm sorry Master but the Temple has been attacked"
"Yes I've felt the death"
"You must rest Master, we're getting out of here"
"Good, show me that the Falcon still has some engine power
